OUR FOUNDERS
Originally established by Gary Dowd in 2000, Dowd Construction began in Manhattan, renovating high-end apartments while building an impressive reputation for his hands-on approach to managing the project and doing the work.
In 2019, Aidan Power, a master carpenter, joined the company as co-owner, adding 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial work. Aidan’s passion for his work is seeing the transformation of each project and the smiles on the owners face when they see their beautifully renovated homes.
The team continues to work directly with clients, providing outstanding general contracting services to clients throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
